Ok. so my darlin aunt was tellin me about this pumpkin spice recipe. and it sounded pretty good. but i didn't have the stuff to make it. so i decided to make a cinnamon late. its very easy.. u need either espesso or strong coffee..(1 shot)
Ok..so my lovely followers, I am terribly sorry I have been slacking on my blog..with school and what not I just have not had any time at all for baking you guys crazy! But school has been pretty good..our first volleyball game is next week..I'm excited about that..
This recipe was very easy.. you need to get your favorite peanut butter cookie recipe..and some m&m's.
Mix the peanut butter cookie batter together
get a mini cupcake pan..and some cupcake covers
crunch up some m&m's
Let it bake at 350
And they'll all be lined up to have a taste;) Enjoy!
Mix like pie crust. Add 2/3 cup milk. Knead and roll out to 10 x 18 inch rectangle. Sprinkle - 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Cut in 1 inch slices. Bottom of pan - 2 tablespoons Crisco, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup syrup. Pecans, nuts, or raisins are optional. Bake 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees
ok.. so i tried this icing recipe: 1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)
1 cap (about 4 drops) vanilla
1 lb. (box) powdered sugar
Milk (enough to make the proper consistency for drizzling)
Add butter, vanilla and half of powdered sugar. Add milk and rest of sugar until icing is the correct consistency for pouring over cinnamon rolls in a thin stream. If not pourable, add a few drops more milk at a time; if too thin, add a few tablespoons of sugar at a time, stirring in until thick enough.
and i wouldn't really suggest it.. even though the cinnamon rolls don;t look that good they were Delicious!! :)
Today was my uncle's Jacob's brithday..we went to his house and ate and played games. and we had some cupcakes my aunt made.. but my sweet tooth was not fully satisfied..I decided to make sugar cookies!!
The ingredients you will need for the cookies are:
...1 cup white sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Stir it all together!
Roll it into balls.
Then bake at 350.
Let them cool completely.. while I was waiting on them to cool down, I made some butter cream icing!
You will need
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 vegetable oil (ran out of shortening) the recipe called for a cup of shortening but oil worked fine!
1/4 cup butter.
2 cups powder sugar
Stir it all together!
Then when the cookies are cooled. add the icing and some sprikles!
