SnIcKeRdOoDlE MuFfInS! :)

Ok.. So I was looking at google images for some baking ideas. and i came upon snickerdoodle muffins. They sounded scrumptious..so I decided to make them!
First you will need:
1c.milk
2c. flour
1c. sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tarter.
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix it all together..
For the topping u will need 1c.sugar and 2tsp cinnamon.

Bake at 375 for 15-20 min.
Then Sit back,relax. and enjoy u some snickerdoodle muffins!
Also ice cream or coffee would go great w/it!

SuGaR CoOkIeS! :)


Today was my uncle's Jacob's brithday..we went to his house and ate and played games. and we had some cupcakes my aunt made.. but my sweet tooth was not fully satisfied..I decided to make sugar cookies!!


The ingredients you will need for the cookies are:

...1 cup white sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup butter, softened
 2 tablespoons baking powder
 2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt


                                                      Stir it all together!

Roll it into balls.

Then bake at 350.

Let them cool completely.. while I was waiting on them to cool down, I made some butter cream icing!
You will need
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 vegetable oil (ran out of shortening) the recipe called for a cup of shortening but oil worked fine!
1/4 cup butter.
2 cups powder sugar

Stir it all together!


Then when the cookies are cooled. add the icing and some sprikles!

Heath bar cupcakes

                       Ok..So I thought that heath bar chips and cupcakes sounded delicious!! especially when you add some coffee ice cream too it!! :)


                                
U will need the following: chocolate cake mix. ur favorite icing. heath bar crunch's.


Grace decided to be observant. ;)

I put some heath bits at the bottom.

and mixed the rest in with the batter.

Then put it in the oven for about 25min.

Then ate it up. it was delicious..and SUPER easy!!

Peanut Butter Crumb CakE! :)

Ok! so this was a very easy recipe!!
the ingredients were..


1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. water
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

                                                        The Steps are
                                                    Beat dry cake mix, brown sugar, peanut butter on low speed until crumbly.

 Reserves 2/3 cup for topping. Beat remainder of mixture with water, eggs and oil on low speed, scrapping bowl constantly until moistened.







Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Put batter in pan. Sprinkle crumb mixture on batter and then sprinkle chip on.



Bake at 350 degrees for 40- 45 minutes until the edges on the cake are golden.


Then take it out of the oven..let it cool off.. and ENJOY you a slice.. or two!!;)

Chocolate Cheesecake!

Ingredients


1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs

1 cup plus 3 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 1/2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened at room temperature

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped from inside of pod and reserved

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

3 eggs

1 cup sour cream

8 ounces melted semisweet chocolate, cooled slightly

Fresh strawberries

Whipped cream
 
 
 
Directions


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (if using a silver springform pan, or 325 degrees F if using a dark nonstick springform pan).







Lightly grease the bottom and sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate wafer crumbs, 3 tablespoons of the sugar, and the butter and mix well. Press onto the bottom of springform pan and set aside.







In a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, remaining cup of sugar, vanilla extract and vanilla bean seeds and beat until light and creamy. Add the flour to the cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth. Add the melted chocolate and sour cream and mix well. Add the eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition until just blended. Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes, until the center is almost set. Run a sharp knife around the rim of the pan and allow cake to cool on a wire rack before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
