CAKE BOSS!!!!!

So I would have to say that this day is up there with possibly one of the best days ever!

While we were waiting in the longest line ever, they were filming for one of the episodes.

I got to see buddy when he was walking around in the back.

I had a pretty ballin spring break! and this just made it even better!

So too all my wonderful followers, If you haven't been, I HIGHLY

recommend that you go and get some of his yummy desserts!!

               

            So, Cake boss! was it really as good as everyone expects? You better believe it!!

 My Lovely followers, So sorry that it's been quite some time sense I have blogged last. Life has just been super BUSY! but I have something I would like to share with you, for my spring break I get to go to New York for my Jr/Sr trip. We are gonna get to go to...Buddy's bakery. (Cake Boss) and I couldn't be more excited!! I cannot wait. I will deff be blogging about this visit the week i come back.  We'll just thought i would share this info with ya'll. P.S. i'll try not to be a stranger! ;)

Update on life.

Ok, so i know i haven't been on in awhile, things are pertty busy now a days..

 So i'm gonna update my lovely follwers.

Unfortunately, volleyball season is over, and we have moved into yet,another basketball season.

Homemade Cinnamon Dolce Latte.

                                           Ok. so my darlin aunt was tellin me about this pumpkin spice recipe. and it sounded pretty good. but i didn't have the stuff to make it.  so i decided to make a cinnamon late. its very easy.. u need either espesso or strong coffee..(1 shot)

                                         

                                              1/8 tsp cinnamon.

 

                                           1 c. steamed milk.

                                         

                                           Carmel syrup(optional)

                                          

                                              sugar if needed to suffice ur taste buds!

Peanut butter cookie cupcakes, with m&m

Ok..so my lovely followers, I am terribly sorry I have been slacking on my blog..with school and what not I just have not had any time at all for baking you guys crazy! But school has been pretty good..our first volleyball game is next week..I'm excited about that..

This recipe was very easy.. you need to get your favorite peanut butter cookie recipe..and some m&m's.

Mix the peanut butter cookie batter together

get a mini cupcake pan..and some cupcake covers

crunch up some m&m's

Let it bake at 350

And they'll all be lined up to have a taste;) Enjoy!

Homemade Cinnamon Rolls!

2 c. flour

2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

1/2 c. Crisco



Mix like pie crust. Add 2/3 cup milk. Knead and roll out to 10 x 18 inch rectangle. Sprinkle - 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Cut in 1 inch slices. Bottom of pan - 2 tablespoons Crisco, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup syrup. Pecans, nuts, or raisins are optional. Bake 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees

ok.. so i tried this icing recipe: 1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)

1 cap (about 4 drops) vanilla

1 lb. (box) powdered sugar

Milk (enough to make the proper consistency for drizzling)



Add butter, vanilla and half of powdered sugar. Add milk and rest of sugar until icing is the correct consistency for pouring over cinnamon rolls in a thin stream. If not pourable, add a few drops more milk at a time; if too thin, add a few tablespoons of sugar at a time, stirring in until thick enough.
 
and i wouldn't really suggest it.. even though the cinnamon rolls don;t look that good they were Delicious!! :)
